Overview
We are looking for a strong data scientist to join a diverse team of professionals bringing together experience from electronics manufacturing and data science to empower manufacturers to meet their goals by putting the data they collect to better use.
Responsibilities
- Design & Develop ML algorithms and data pipelines for vanti's novel product
- Research for new techniques and approaches that can harness manufacturing data for advanced solutions
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
Requirements
- An academic degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
- 3+ years of proven experience as an algorithm Developer /data scientist / Ml engineer
- Strong coding skills in python. experienced working as part of R&D teams in production environments
- Experience in computer vision and classic image processing
- Knowledge in a variety of machine learning concepts (supervised/ unsupervised learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- familiar with software development principles and architecture
- A drive to learn, research, develop, and master new technologies and techniques
