About the Role:
· The responsibility of the SME (Team Lead) will make sure the team is meeting the targets and
acting as team leader back up.
· One should be ok watching the egregious/sensitive content.
Skill: Experience in Commo & Content Moderation
Responsibilities:
● To be responsible to meet all agreed client SLA’s and performance parameters
● Ability to observe, analyze and give constructive feedback
● Firming of quality Parameters and Targets for each process
● Ability to identify training needs of quality teams and accordingly impart training to team
members
● Ability to coordinate with the operations team to ensure all parameters are met
● To develop strong inter-personal relationships with team, to cohesively bond them together
with the company and integrate them with the vision and core values
● To identify areas of concern and under performance and take corrective actions
● To be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them
and ensuring career advancement
● To be a single point of contact with the team and the senior management through effective
communication on key deliverables
● To ensure quality reporting and work with operations to build highly effective measurement and
reward system based on data.
● To periodically interact with the middle and senior management of client companies.
● Analytical and logical reasoning & numerical skills
● Knowledge about current affair and social media
● Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
● Flexible in working in all shifts as per business requirement.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent in oral and written English communication

- Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point and ability to perform MIS
- Exposure to basic call quality tools is preferable

- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving. Strong knowledge of cultural context in the
user countries supported
Qualifications for both are the following:
· Mandatory for Thailand BOI Work Permit:
· Active passport
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· At least 5 years total employment experience (must have employment certification from the employers)
· At least 27 years
Concentrix qualifications:
· Prior experience in a similar BPO role
· Leadership skills and/or supervisory experience
· Good English comms
· Flexible with shifting schedules
