Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for all administrative duties including daily general office function, managing filling including e-storage system, handling incoming calls, faxes, emails & issue invoicing;
- Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain organized filing for smooth data retrieving;
- Assist in documentation process flow charts and generating daily / weekly / monthly reports on Operation procedures;
- Upkeep and maintain office facilities and equipment; Replenishment of office forms, stationeries, and groceries;
- Other accountabilities mainly involve assisting in the operation and administrative support, general office functions, and company events; i.e; Annual Dinner arrangement; Teambuilding activities; outings and etc;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by Management by time to time;
Working Hour
Monday - Friday
8.30am-5pm
Saturday (Alternative)
8.30am-12.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
