Business Development Executive - Hypermarket & B2C is responsible for providing marketing content strategies, customer service, pushing product sales, answering product and service enquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

Hypermarket

  • Develop marketing strategies, business review and planning.
  • Responsible for managing the operating cost and resources and provide forecast and budgeting.
  • Analyze the market opportunities and be accountable for setting of the sales target.
  • Responsible for the store opening and closure and to ensure smooth operations and transition.
  • Optimize the work process of the Company, conduct periodic assessment and continuous improvement of work.
  • Prepare & propose marketing plan & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for store.
  • Responsible for the daily operational management of the retail stores including staff, sales, customer service and stocks.
  • Ensure that the assigned stores achieve their sales targets and performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales and other reports of the assigned stores.
  • Assist in the coaching and development of strong second liners to ensure continuity and succession.
  • Provide constructive feedback on sales, customer service and products.
  • Ensure optimal inventory level and exercise control measure for all products in the assigned stores.

B2C Channel Sales

  • Develop and implement strategies for the channels assigned to ensure the market share growth.
  • Implement sales and business development strategies to the achievement of sales target
  • Deliver prompt and efficient sales visits and market coverage to existing and new dealers
  • Develop appropriate programs that best deliver on the Sales Target assigned
  • Prepare to set the optimal sales target that will drive continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners) and encourage employee morale.
  • Plan the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products.
  • Carry out sales in ways that focuses on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts.
  • Participate in the building of trust with channel accounts and creation of a foundation for continued revenue growth.
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing the products to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers (Existing& New)
  • Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads (Cold calling/Walk-in/social media)
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their expectations
  • Constantly maintain the highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Strong skill and demonstrated Market / Channel Management experience in the area of Consumer Electronics / Audio Visual /Home appliances products
  • Working experience in retail/channel/national sales in consumer products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel or Power Point presentation.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
